Breeding healthy, happy French Bulldog puppies from our family to yours
At Apple Blossom Frenchies, our breeding program focuses on carefully producing healthy, happy family pets. Our dogs thrive when they are raised as part of a family. Families thrive when they have healthy, well tempered dogs that bring joy to their daily lives. We fell in love with the French Bulldog years ago after adopting a retired breeding dog, Daisy Mae. We have always had a French Bulldog in our home since. Now we want to share the joy of French Bulldogs with other families!
Apple Blossom Frenchies is a small, intentional breeding program with a strong focus on producing physically healthy dogs with great personalities that make them amazing family pets. We perform genetic testing and OFA testing on all our breeding dogs and look for the same health standards in the stud dogs we choose. We focus on breathing ability, spine health, orthopedic health, breeding dogs without genetic diseases and allergies. We promote transparency in our health testing and are always happy to answer questions about our dogs.
Our dogs are raised in our home with our children and other pets where they experience daily routines, close human connection, and the rhythms of family life. We work hard to socialize our puppies from day one so that they transition smoothly into your home. We offer a lifetime of support for our families and our puppies.
What Is It Like Living With A French Bulldog?
French Bulldogs are smart, playful, and completely irresistible! Who doesn't love those big bat ears? Frenchies love to be with people and be the center of attention. They have a fun energy and know how to charm even the toughest character. We love how adaptable they are to family life, life in the city or the country, time spent on your couch or playing at the park. Frenchies are part of the bulldog family and can have strong opinions at time. However, most Frenchies cave when belly rubs or treats are offered. They are social butterflies, trainable, and known to be good with children. It's no wonder they are a favorite breed in many households!
Our Puppy Socialization Program
We know that proper care and socialization starts at birth and can help shape puppies into the best versions of themselves. We start Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS) at 3 days old and utilize the Puppy Culture program as well. Our puppies are raised in our living room (the hub of our home) and safely exposed to children, other pets, many different people, and a variety of experiences before they go to your home. This helps them to be more confident, relaxed, and better adapted to new situations and change. We work hard to make sure our puppies are ready to successfully transition from our home to yours. We also partner with Level Up Dog Trainer, Brooke, to help socialize our puppies and utilize Puppy Culture training!
